Lee Newgent, President and CEO

Lee grew up in Golden, CO, and has an in-depth, local knowledge of the Colorado real estate market. With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and valuation, he founded Double Play Financial to help clients attain and protect their most valuable assets.

Lee is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Mortgage Originator, bringing a wealth of expertise to each transaction. He stays up to date on market trends and financial regulations to ensure his clients receive the best possible guidance.

In his spare time, Lee, his wife, Kelly, and their three children spend their “down” time together coaching and playing youth sports, travelling and skiing.
